Refund policy

For all orders, any non-sale item is eligible for an exchange on size within 7 days after receipt of the products. 

Please note: For hygiene reasons, strictly no exchange, return and refunds on any panties.

Lupites accepts exchanges on size on same style only that meet the following criteria:

  • Items must have not been WORN, WASHED or ALTERED in any case
  • Remains in original packaging with all tags and liners attached
  • Must have original receipt( Digital receipt sent by Lupites-Shopify) and exchange form
  • Must not be a sale item
  • Returned within 7 Days of order date

 

Once we have received the in-tact returned item(s) we are happy to exchange the product to another size of same style we have in stock.

Lupites reserves to all rights of final decision.

 

How do I Exchange?

Kindly complete the Exchange Form enclosed with your initial order and mail it back to us. In addition, please email us at lupitesofficial@gmail.com so we can look out for the returned lingerie.

Items without an Exchange Form will not be accepted. Once your items have been received, inspected and approved, we will exchange the product for you. 

Please note:

  • Shipping and Handling charges, as well as Customs Duties on your original order, are not refundable
  • Shipping costs on returning items are not covered by Lupites 
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure adequate protection during the transit back to us
  • Upon receipt of your return, it can take up to 10 business days for your exchange to be fully processed
  • Sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged
  • Items can only be exchanged once 
  • The final decision will be solely at Lupites’ discretion
